冀州市工程机械胶管厂是研发和生产工程机械、农业机械用高温低压输油胶管的专业制造厂。1996年我厂首次起草了《工程机械高温低压输油胶管》行业标准，经三次升级现为JB/T8406-2008，2005年又与洛阳农机研究所共同起草了《农林拖拉机和机具高温低压输油胶管》行业标准。采用新工艺和新技术，率先研制出具有独立知识产权的工程机械专用胶管。产品扯断强度高，使用寿命长，各项性能指标国内领先。2002年产品荣获国家五部委颁发的《国家重点新产品》证书。2003年荣获河北省《高新技术企业认定证书》。2007年获省名牌产品。我厂生产的工程机械高温低压输油胶管、内燃机水管、异型弯管、吸油埋线管、进气管、内燃机增压管、刹车管等产品已为福田雷沃重工、玉柴机器、徐工、山推、临工、宣工、龙工、北起多田野、宇通重工、鼎盛天工及日本、德国、加拿大等百余家的推土机、装载机、起重机、挖掘机、平地机及拖拉机等机械配套，赢得了广大用户的一致好评。我厂以缠绕、编织、针织、夹布、埋线等工艺生产的胶管来满足不同工程机械和农用机械的需求。我们将一如既往的为客户提供优质的产品和完善的服务！

Jizhou construction machinery hose factory is a professional factory which develops and manufactures the high-temperature low-pressure oil hose for construction machinery and agricultural machinery . In 1996, the factory drafted a industry standard "the high-temperature low-pressure oil hose for construction machinery " firstly, after upgrading three times, it is JB/T8406-2008 now. In 2005, the factory drafted another industry standards " the high-temperature low-pressure oil hose for farm and forest tractors and implement "together with Luoyang farm equipment Institute. We used new technology, were the first to develop the hose for construction machinery with independent intellectual property rights. The hose has high pull-apart intensity and long service life, all the performance index are very outstanding in domestic market. In 2002,our products were awarded "the state's key new products" certificate by our country’s five ministries. In2003, we won the " Hebei Province high-tech enterprises certificate". In 2007 , our products were brand-name products in Hebei Province. The high-temperature low-pressure oil hose, water-engine hose ,heterogeneous elbow bend, embedded wire oil suction hose, admitting pipe, oil-engine pressurized hose ,the brakes hose and so on ,were parts and components for the Futian Leiwo Heavy Industries, Yuchai machinery, XCMG, Shantui.Co.Ltd,Lin co.ltd, Xuan Co.Ltd, Long Co.Ltd, more than 100 bulldozers , loaders , cranes, excavators, tractors companies in Japan, Germany and Canada. We made our products a ready choice of majority users. We manufacture spiral multi-head hose, knitted anatomical hose, fabric anatomical hose, Knitted hose, etc, to meet the needs of different construction machinery and agricultural machinery.
